Manufacturing Process

 

The production of soy peptide is based on a multi-stage enzymatic hydrolysis system, combined with downstream purification and drying processes.

Step 1 – Protein Preparation

Soy protein isolate is dispersed in purified water under controlled temperature and pH conditions to form a stable protein solution.

Step 2 – Enzymatic Hydrolysis

Specific protease systems are applied

Reaction temperature: 45–60°C

pH controlled within optimal enzyme activity range

Hydrolysis time: 2–6 hours

👉 The Degree of Hydrolysis (DH) is precisely controlled to achieve target molecular weight distribution.

Step 3 – Enzyme Inactivation

Thermal treatment is applied to stop enzymatic activity and stabilize peptide composition.

Step 4 – Filtration & Purification

Membrane filtration (UF/NF) used to remove:

High molecular weight fractions

Insoluble residues

Step 5 – Concentration

Vacuum concentration is applied to reduce water content while preserving peptide integrity.

Step 6 – Spray Drying

Inlet temperature: 160–180°C
